WILD WEEKENDS
WEEKEND SURVIVAL COURSE
Our Weekend Survival Course will provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the world of survival.
You will spend a two nights in the wilderness, learning a wide range of skills; use tools, create fire, use your environment to navigate, prepare game and harvest resources sustainably for a variety of applications.
No experience is necessary – we will support you to learn every step of the way.
Participants must be a minimum of 14yrs and under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note – This course includes the preparation of animals for food. If you’d prefer not to do this section please let us know.
Fantastic weekend. Their knowledge and bush skills are fantastic. I learnt a massive amount about our woodlands as well as some very Impressive survival techniques and tips. Highlight for me was making fire from natural materials In different ways. We experienced some pretty English weather and this just made it even more interesting. Paul and Keith made the weekend fun, interesting and full of activities. Never a dull moment. Thanks again for a great weekend
ESSENTIAL PRIM TECH
This course combines primitive technology with wilderness living for a truly unique experience.
Spend the weekend living in the woods learning and understanding essential primitive technologies. You will be applying this knowledge to make a variety of things using natural resources.
You’ll gain a foundation in many different technologies including:
- Wood carving
- Cordcraft
- Weaponcraft
- Stonecraft
- Flintcraft
- Glues & Resins
- Bone or Antler
No previous experience is necessary for you to take part, we’ll introduce you to, or help you hone the required skills giving you the best chance for success.
24 HOUR SURVIVAL COURSE
This is our foundation survival experience.
We will provide you with the means to protect yourself from the elements, keep yourself warm and cook a hot meal.
You will learn how to use basic tools, create fire, use your environment to navigate, prepare game and harvest resources sustainably for a variety of applications.
We be with you every step of the way to ensure your safety.

WILD SKILLS WORKSHOPS
SPOON & STEW
This immersive experience, goes beyond the ordinary, offering participants a chance to connect with nature while mastering essential survival skills. Amidst the rustling leaves and the crackling of the fire, discover a sense of self-reliance and resilience that only nature can provide.
We will learn to prepare rabbit for the pot and prepare a delicious stew. After stoking up the fire our feast will slow cook and we’ll while away the hours crafting our very own spoon.

PYROTECHNOLOGY
This course is about fire – in all it’s magnificence!
This session is all about exploring fire, in all its glory – how to prepare, create and use it as our ancestors would have. We’ll look at the history and importance of fire, methods of spark creation, tinder’s both artificial and natural before applying what we’ve learned and creating fire in a variety of ways.
This course is for people aged 14+ all participants under 18 will need to be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. This event is inclusive of all experience and abilities.
There will be fire and warm drinks, We’ll spend a few hours in a stunning wild place, learning wilderness survival skills at a leisurely pace.
ANIMAL TRACKING
This immersive experience, goes beyond the ordinary, offering participants a chance to connect with nature while mastering essential survival skills. Amidst the rustling leaves and the crackling of the fire, discover a sense of self-reliance and resilience that only nature can provide.
We will learn the fundamentals of tracking, tuning into the environment to read the landscape and tell it’s story. Tracks, signs and clues are left by all creatures and we will learn how to find and identify them before venturing out into the wilderness and hopefully see some animals ourselves.
